My name is Deklyn Gardner and I am a senior at West Shore Jr/Sr High School. I have attended West Shore since seventh grade and plan to focus on art/design in my post-secondary education. I have loved art and design for as long as I remember and will continue to pursue the creative arts after high school. For my senior project, I wanted to focus on promoting the cultivation and protection of native plant species in the Indian River Lagoon Ecosystem. This desire to spread an appreciation for native landscaping was translated into the concept for this project.
